WHAT IS DECA?



Founded in 1946, with a history of over 60 years, DECA has impacted lives of more than 10 million students, educators, school administrators and business professionals.

 

DECA is an international organization with more than 220, 000 members in all 50 Unites States, the District of Columbia, Canada, China, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

TWHS DECA is not just a club. We are an organization who acts like a family. We practically do everything together. This year, TWHS DECA has prepared various fun activities, including socials, field trips, community services, etc. In addition, TWHS DECA is a great place to socialize and make new friends. We guarantee you that you will never get bored!

 

DECA is also a great place to learn and get familiar with various business fields. By participating in the competition, you can get a gist of how the business world works. You do NOT need any experience to enter the competition because the officers and Mrs. Gourley are ready to answer your questions and give advice about your project whenever you need help.
